Course Description

It takes energy and wisdom to live in our purpose, but too often we are moving at a pace where we can’t honor that. This 6 week course invites us to restore, return to, renew the energy that our purpose is calling us to do and alleviate the longing that comes with knowing there is something greater we are called to do.

Course Details

We will meet Tuesdays from 6:30 - 8: 30 pm EST beginning February 20th through March 27th. In this course you will …

• Investigate where you are spending your energy.
• Learn how to harness your energy – conserve, replenish, and redirect your energy for and towards the things that really light you up in a way that creates flow and abundance.
• Learn how to work with the energy of others – intentional practices for protecting and being responsible for your own energy.
• Experience somatic embodied practices that help you reclaim and redirect your energy.
• Develop your own personalized toolkit for harnessing your energy.

Payment Options

We wanted to make this course accessible for folks, and for that reason we are offering a sliding scale fee $150 -- $300 and limited full scholarships. Once you complete the registration, you will receive an email in a few days with payment options and details for the course. You will be able to pay via PayPal, Cashapp, or check.
